Start replying in three steps
Connect WhatsApp, Telegram, or email, add your business knowledge, and validate the workflow in draft mode.
Connect a channel
Add a WhatsApp account, Telegram bot, or IMAP/SMTP mailbox. Connections, knowledge, and reply tasks remain isolated for every account.
Add business knowledge
Add product information, FAQs, and reply rules so the AI can respond from reliable sources.
Approve first, then automate
Start in draft mode. Turn on automatic sending only after verifying both the reply and its recipient.
From one Mac to every place your business works.
ReplyBot 2.0 has completed real send-and-receive validation for WhatsApp, Telegram, and email. Future releases will expand to more desktop, server, and official channel integrations.
Apple Silicon macOS · Three channels
Validated WhatsApp, Telegram, and email sending and receiving, with multi-account isolation, knowledge-grounded replies, and human takeover.
Windows and broader macOS support
Add a Windows client and expand macOS support to both Apple Silicon and Intel.
Server and private deployment
Run on customer-owned devices or private-network servers, with support for local models, offline licensing, and controlled data storage.

WhatsApp, Telegram, and email have been connected and validated for receiving and replying with real accounts. Instagram, Facebook, and WeCom remain planned integrations and are not presented as live.
The stronger the automation,
the more control matters.
ReplyBot puts human approval, routing safeguards, and audit records in the critical path. You can see why the AI paused and take over at any time.

Clear about what it can and cannot do.
The current release is an Apple Silicon macOS desktop app supporting WhatsApp direct text messages, Telegram Bot direct text messages, and plain-text email through IMAP/SMTP, with independent configuration for multiple channel accounts. Windows, Intel Mac, server/private deployments, group chats, and media remain on the roadmap.
The local WhatsApp QR integration uses the unofficial whatsapp-web.js library and may break after platform updates or lead to account restrictions, so use only authorized accounts. Telegram uses the Bot API, while email uses IMAP/SMTP and an app password provided by the mailbox provider.
